The best thing about this hotel is the neighborhood it is located in. There are plenty of good restaurants and a subway station nearby. It is situated just off Manhattan Avenue, a short walking distance from the Greenpoint subway station. The area also has lots of good bars and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel is very clean and provided exactly what I needed - a bed and a place to shower.

The complimentary coupons for breakfast at a nearby diner were a nice touch and saved us some money. The location was great, right near a police station and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the gym facilities provided.
